Quarterly deep clean
A question worth asking

How often do you wash your hands after touching the bin lid?

Casual testing consistently suggests that wheelie bin lid areas contain more bacteria than the average toilet. Your toilet gets cleaned weekly — how often does your bin? We sanitise the whole lid and rim, every collection, with hospital-grade antibacterial wipes — included as standard.

How it works

Weekly care for your bins. Quarterly deep cleans for peace of mind.

Set up once. We handle the rest, week after week, rain or shine — with optional deep cleans every quarter using our purpose-built ute rig.

01

Friendly reminder

The day before collection we text you a heads-up — letting you know which bins we'll be taking out for you. General, recycling or food scraps.

02

Bins to the kerb

That evening we wheel your bins out and line them up neatly, ready for the morning collection.

03

Bins back home

Once the truck's been we return your bins to their spot, lids closed and tucked away neat.

04

Lid & rim sanitised

When we return your bins, we wipe down the whole lid and rim with hospital-grade antibacterial spray. Every surface you touch when opening or closing the bin — properly clean.

05

Quarterly deep clean

Every three months we pressure-wash inside and out using our purpose-built kerbside ute rig and biodegradable antibacterial solution. Quick, clean, no mess.

Common questions

Anything else on your mind?

What if my gate's locked or my bins are tucked away?
No worries — when you sign up we do a quick chat about access. Gate codes, side passages, garages — we'll work with whatever your setup is and keep it secure.
What's the missed-collection guarantee?
If the council truck genuinely skips your street and your bin doesn't get emptied, we sort it. Whether that's coordinating a return collection or another arrangement, you don't end up with a full bin sitting around.
When do you put the bins out and bring them back in?
Bins go out the evening before your collection day (5–9pm) and come back in the following day, before you get home from work in the afternoon. You'll never come home to a bin still on the kerb.
What does the lid & rim sanitisation actually involve?
Every week when we return your bins, we wipe down the entire lid surface and the rim around the top with hospital-grade antibacterial wipes. That covers every part of the bin you actually touch — the handle, the lid edges, the rim where the lid meets the body. Quick, thorough, and means the bin you interact with daily is genuinely clean rather than just looking clean.
How does the quarterly deep clean work?
Once every three months we bring our purpose-built bin-washing ute to your kerb. It pressure-washes every bin inside and out using biodegradable antibacterial solution, and leaves your bins genuinely clean and odour-free. The whole process takes about ten minutes per bin and happens entirely at the kerb — we don't need access to your tap, driveway or property.
Can I pause if I'm away on holiday?
Of course. Tell us a few days ahead and we'll pause your service and pro-rata your billing for the time you're away. Just let us know when you're back and we'll resume the next collection.
